Our website may be used without entering personal information. If possible, personal data (like name, address or email address) is always collected on a voluntary basis. This data will not be forwarded to any third party without your explicit consent.

Server log files

For technical reasons, data such as the following, which your internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider (so called server log files), is collected:

  • operating system used

  • referrer URL

  • host name of the accessing computer

  • time of the server enquiry


This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal information you may have provided, thereby making it impossible to connect it to any particular person. We reserve the right to check the data subsequently if we have concrete indications for illegal use.

Public procedure register

You may contact us if you have questions relating to the collection, processing or use of your personal information or to have access to the public procedure register of the IUF (BDSG, §4e (1) No.1-8). Please contact the IUF’s data protection officer by letter. He will then contact you regarding an appointment. Registration by phone or electronically is currently not possible.
